We accept bookings via telephone, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs (direct messaging). Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required in order for your booking to be secured. This will be deducted from the treatment price.

 Cancellation Policy

At Beauty By Kay, we value your appointments and strive to provide exceptional service. Each appointment is specially reserved for you, and we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.  

Strict 48-Hour Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for your understanding that failing to cancel your appointment within the designated 48-hour timeframe limits our ability to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot. As each appointment is tailored exclusively for you, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking, and this deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Late Arrival:
We understand that unforeseen delays can happen. However, arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting the next client, and the full treatment price will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

“No-Shows”:
In the case of a “no-show” where a client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the 50% deposit will be charged and deemed non-refundable and non-transferable.
